AGE LIMITS & DRIVING LICENSE |

Hirer and named driver (s) must be between the age 23 and 60 years old and in possession of a valid driving license with a minimum driving experience of not less than 2 years. |

RENTAL RATES |
| |
Daily rental rates refer to 24 hours with unlimited mileage utilization and exclude Government Tax (5%), CDW and PAI. Additional hours will be charged at 1/6 of daily rental rate. Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. Rental is payable in advance. We accept all valid Credit Cards. Personal cheques or cash payment are not acceptable. |

DELIVERY / COLLECTION

Cars can be collected and returned at the KLIA airport for a nominal fee of RM 50.00 per way or at the LCCT terminal at RM 80.00 per way. No chagers for delivery or collection within Petaling Jaya or Kuala Lumpur triangle. Outstation drop off or pick up will be charged accordingly. |

ACCIDENT DAMAGES TO HIRED VEHICLES (CDW)

Hirer is liable for damages / repairs cost to an amount of RM2,000.00 per incident. However, this liability can be waived by purchasing a "Collision Damages Waiver" (CDW) cover at RM25.00 per day for vehicles up to 1500cc; RM30.00 per day for vehicles from 1600cc to 2000cc; RM35.00 for Honda VTECH, Toyota Camry and 4 wheel drives and RM50.00 for Estima & Alphard. |

EXTENSION OF RENTAL |

Extension of rental period is allowed subject to prior notification and settlement of such extension. |

|
PETROL REFILL |
| |
Car is supplied with full tank unleaded petrol and hirer is obliged to top up the petrol to full tank when retuning the car, otherwise, cost of the petrol refill to full tank together with service charges will be levied. |

|
VEHICLES ENTERING SINGAPORE / THAILAND |

Venicles are not allowed into Singapore or Thailand. Euro Rent A Car Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible should any of the vehicles are taken into Singapore or Thailand without our knowledge. Insurance will not be covered for usage out of Malaysia |

TRAFFIC OFFENCES |
| |
Hirer is responsible for all traffic offences. Parking fees, toll charges are to be settled by hirer. |

|
TERMS OF PAYMENT |

Only payment by major credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Visa & Master) will be accepted. |
